This guide explains the step-by-step process of creating and publishing a service listing on JOIST Marketplace.
Navigate to the Service Creation Area
To publish a new service offering:
- Log into your Provider account.
- Go to “Solutions” and click “Create Solution”.
- Click to start a new service (solution) listing.
Add All Required Information About Your Service
The creation page allows you to provide the necessary details to describe, explain, and present your service to Buyers.
Follow the on-screen prompts to fill in:
- The name of your service
- A summary or introductory explanation
- A detailed description of what you offer
- Any additional supporting information the platform requests
Review Your Content for Accuracy and Completeness
Before publishing, make sure:
- All text is written clearly and professionally
- Your scope is correctly represented
- You have not left out essential information that Buyers need
- Your service appears trustworthy and complete
This review step ensures that your service listing is internally consistent and aligns with the information Buyers expect.
Submit the Service
Once you are satisfied:
- Click “Submit”.
- Once the Service is approved by the JOIST Marketplace team, it becomes visible to Buyers browsing the Marketplace and you receive a notification by email.
- You can return at any time to edit or improve your listing through Solutions → Edit My Solutions.
Your service is now live and may be purchased directly or considered for Buyer Challenges.
