In JOIST Marketplace, service providers create profiles showcasing their skills, expertise and qualifications. Moreover, they can list their services/products with all the needed information about the cost, benefits-features, etc.

Buyers, on the other hand, can browse through these listed services, connect with providers for additional information and purchase the service that suits best their needs. Also, a Buyer can create a Project Request, and receive bids from Providers, compare them and select the one that best suits their requirements.

All Subscription Plans are available here. Subscription payments are not refundable and will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for JOIST Marketplace Subscription and will cover the use of that service for a month.

For the purchase of any service or solution through the Marketplace, the Buyer will have all the information about the pricing through the page of that specific Service or Solution. In case the Buyer needs a custom offer from the Provider, the Provider will be able to make a specific gig (an offer customized to the Buyer’s needs). In this way the Buyer has all the needed information about the pricing.

Attention: In all pricing, VAT is included. 

There are 2 options to sign up for JOIST Marketplace.  

The first option is to access the JOIST Marketplace through JOIST Community by purchasing the corresponding package and have access to a multitude of hybrid services, including the JOIST Marketplace. 

JOIST Marketplace is also currently available to all, through this platform.  A user based on its needs can register as a Provider for service offering or as a Buyer for project requests. 

In our Terms & Conditions we have defined specific procedures regarding the orders that will take place and the payments. The buyer will be able to place an order for a specific service. Payment is made directly by the user and credited to the JOIST Marketplace. This amount is officially committed by the JOIST Innovation Park. The Provider’s payment is made 7 days after the official deadline set in the agreement made between the Buyer and the Provider.
